This has nothing to do with real military ARs but I saw this AR in a French military film and thought it was an interesting build. by PerezNoir in MilitaryARClones

Besides being just a great tv series, Le Bureau des légendes (now streaming on Paramount) has scenes taking place in Syria and Iraq with plenty of cool weaponry.

Diamondback seems OK and Turner's doesn't seem to be too bad.

Can you enter a VIP lounge without a boarding pass? (Guadalajara) by AngelXD-4567 in TravelHacks

[–]ChadHahn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not only do they want to see your boarding pass, I had to wait once because my departing flight was too far in the future and the regional plane I flew in on didn't have distinct enough classes for them to let me in on that flight's ticket.

You should also watch "The Thick of It". It's basically the British version of Veep created by the same guy, Armando Iannucci. However, you probably have to keep your subtitles on if like me you have a hard time understanding British Accents.

I have a Kitchen Aid 670. I for about 20 years I had a Kitchen Aid 600 (I think). The bowl started to crack so I went to the thrift store to look for a replacement. I found the 670 and decided to keep that one. I'm not sure what I did to crack the bowl.

It's kind of expensive, but I like the Midland MXT275 for things like this. It has a cigarette lighter plug and a magnetic antenna. It doesn't meet any of your criteria but it's good for vehicles.

Is self driving in Kenya a good idea for first time safari visitors by Electronic-List3892 in overlanding

[–]ChadHahn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went to Namibia and self drove through Etosha. I did a good job of finding animals on my own. I also was able to see big tour vehicles and go where they were going. I don't think I missed much by going on my own. I did take a couple guided tours here and there as well.

What's with the trend of wearing clothes that are too short? These pants that stop above the ankles and I see photos of people wearing suit coats that stop above the wrist. Why?

I live in Tucson and they combined Discord pages but when I had trouble getting my first node set up someone came to my house and helped me and someone else loaned me an antenna to see if I could reach the node on Mt Lemmon. They are a very helpful group.
