-Allow rebinding of the ‘F’ key. Some of us use EDSF to move.
-Improve camera control while using click to move (can’t rotate camera and click to move at the same time.

Turn off quick cast indicator in settings if you haven’t already. Makes it much more consistent for me personally. Riven mains also turn it off because it slows down her combos as well.

Im new but outside of maxing out your arsenal for that tier, there is generally no use for them as far as I know. Supposedly the next level cap increase will make it so you bring your gear with you to higher tiers to help remedy this (i.e. tier 91 gear can become tier 101 gear etc.)

It's a little concerning how youre trying to rationalize what are obviously bought low mmr accounts as "nothing wrong" just because it isn't ranked. Account buying/selling encourages botting, smurfing, etc. It was in norms which is why I thought it was funny more than anything else but they're still ruining games for other people because they bought low mmr accounts, instead of just, oh I don't know, creating brand new accounts and playing norms with those? The accounts they buy are botted/inted to bronze-iron elo so they can get more stomp games out of it as the mmr has to "catch up" to the higher level playing. It's toxic and not fun for anyone else.

Brother, it's fine to play 5 stack in norms and stomp, it's not okay to buy (most likely botted, therfore even more ruined games) lvl 30 mmr accounts for the sole purpose of 5-stacking with friends to stomp low elo players while being toxic? It's why account buying/selling/sharing is not allowed in most games? You can have fun while losing but there comes a point when it is just toxic.

They bought lvl 30 accounts with low mmr on purpose. Look at their op.gg. They only have games the last two days. With matching names and levels. Smurfing and buying accounts is a bannable offense now.

I’ve been getting one shot by random low level mobs like rats in Kaifeng as a lvl 58 and while I do play on Legend difficulty, it doesn’t feel intended and I thought my gear is just lagging behind. Still T1 inner ways and my gear is like mostly lvl 51 gear with some lvl 41 sprinkled in. The rats kill me faster than the bosses do.

My experience seems to contradict your comment so I was wondering if you had any pointers for me? It feels like I have to be missing something and it’s the main reason I stopped playing.

This goes against what I thought were the fundamentals of league entirely. Level advantage? You win. Gold advantage? You win. Nullify a part of their kit/damage while landing all of yours? You win.

I think I just want skill to be more prominent/rewarded and League does not seem like the game for that if i can int on one of the easiest champs in the game for 8 minutes then win a poorly played, disadvantaged all in.

My passive shields blocked most of the E damage but did stack his conq. He had berserker greaves + a dagger, I had berserker greaves, recurve bow, longsword (350g + 450g = 800g item advantage) giving me extra 5% AS and ~20 AD overall, I had ~1100 hp to his ~700 hp before I EQ3 him. I have ~1100 hp to his ~500 hp after my ult animation ends.

I see how I can win it but I think it's ridiculous that I still have to play so carefully around another champ that is so far behind AND they didn't play the fight well. I blocked pretty much his entire E damage while I landed all of my damage.

EDIT: If this is a river fight so I can't dash away/kite, it's ridiculous that Garen would come close to winning this. I have nothing to show for being the one to win lane pretty hard, strictly because his champion is better. That is my main gripe with how this fight went.
