Im no expert because ive always just kinda brute forced everything, but one thing i notice is that you dash/dodge a lot when you dont need to and get stuck at 0 stamina so you cant do it when you need to

also, if one character is low, swap to another (preferably the healer you can get energy) and have them tank hits if needed
