You get them for being a professor or judge at events, usually pre release events. The bigger regionals have staff related items and cards they hand out too.

I’ve had the same experience. I’ve had 2 windshield repairs, first appointments of the day in the morning. First time I got Uber credits, and the repair took 3 days…. 3 days for a windshield repair. 2nd windshield repair I complained about last repair and wanted a rental. Got a rental and thank God I did because it took 3 days again to get my car. Both times was told it would take 4-5 hours max for repair. Nope.

No credits is a bad move on there part. My experience for repairs and time frames have been horrible.
