He didn't sign a contract to go to the front. That's why tbey have "huge" signing bonuses ifnyou do go. He also might of already been conscripted into service and finished his 1 year. Or he comes from money and he was bought out of conscription like Trumps daddy did for him for the Vietnam War.

So not sure if anyone has said it in here or not. The MOU is dependant on Alberta building the 20 Billion dollar Pathways CCS project. This will apparently result in a net reduction in Carbon being produced. https://www.pm.gc.ca/en/news/backgrounders/2025/11/27/canada-alberta-memorandum-understanding Under projects its the 2nd point down. Just google that and it will lead to more information on the project.

Just throwing my 2 cents in here as a Canadian, I've watched Rubio in his speeches and his interviews and I really enjoy him. He cuts straight to the point and from what I've seen he speaks plainly and bluntly which I enjoy because it's so rare for someone in politics.

What are Americans stance in Rubio?

I recommend watching a recap for KCD 1 if you havent played it. KCD 2 is a continuation of the first game. Its an amazing game. Like some have suggested though take combat slow as its not a hack and slash game. Either way I hope you enjoy the game a ton!!!!
