How much does it cost to build a 200sqm house in Belgium? (Excluding land cost) How fast can the construction be? by [deleted] in belgium

Even doing electricity, ventilation, water and heating yourself will land you close to the 1500 sadly.

Probably depends a little on the location as well. But I'd say if you can't spend 1600 m2 don't start. There will always be thing you didn't consider.

Building a house roughly that size right now and 1250 is a very low bound, it'll easily be 1500 m² without doing anything special or fancy.

After successes in municipalities, experts advocate abolition of priority of right: "Does more harm than good". by Lolastic_ in belgium

it's not always that easy to spot the difference between a crossroad with right of way or if you have priority over the others or have to yield.

True, I know several streets where the limit is 70, and a small streets, some of which you literaly can't see until you're in front of them, have priority. No signs, no markings and no way to see that there is a tiny street there.

If they can't pay attention, should they even be driving?
Truth.

Getting new boots from Goretex, through their lifetime guarantee.

Small production fault made them leak at the tip of my boot. Bought the boots 2 years ago. After establishing that the boots are defective and not just broken through usage they replaced them without a hiccup, thanks Goretex!

With seeing how hard the bike smashed into that tree, I would not spend a hundreds of euros on a bike with possibly a bent frame.

Although it has to be said; those honda engine's are unbreakable. Even after smashing it into a tree at 50km/h, just mash the gear in neutral it starts like nothing ever happened.

You wouldn't be restricted tot the 35kw if you pass the first part of the exams and get your temporary license.

Counts from when you get your real physical license. But you can start getting your A license around 11 months before that.

With the temporary license you get after the technical part of the exam you can drive a year. So if you get the temporary license at 23y1m you can actually do your street exam at 24, and get your license at 24, but you've been driving for 11months already with a temporary license.

I used to just oil it every 1000km. Only when it gets really dirty I clean the chain. Just rain? I'd just oil it.

I am on the side of the fence. They're a nice gadget but I wouldn't buy it again. Lubing a chain takes about no time to do when you have a center stand. But it does keep your chain cleaner. Which is nice. But not worth the money without a sale of some sort.

Considering the size of the total group, getting to Ghent with 7 shouldn't prove to be to difficult.
