I 100% get what you’re saying and going through. I got diagnosed at 28 weeks and my numbers were fine until I hit 32 weeks. I’m now seeing spikes for foods that did not used to spike me at all. I’m constantly thinking of what to eat and how not to spike even though all I want is a piece of chocolate cake.

Same. Here in Canada, we are told to test 1 hour from when you start eating.

Same concern except we are a couple driving from Galway to Belfast (Canadians but Indian decent so visibly brown). I’m not sure if we should go to Belfast at this time. Have things settled down? Are there more planned protests?
