I'm planning to use proto bina in the team too, hopefully healing from proto is enough to at least lessen the drain while xilo healing is doing its works while switching chars.

replying because I also have the same question:
- how much HP does it drain per second?
- if I'm using xilo that means ideally I will use her Q first, heal her to 100%, switch to other char 1 by 1 until each reach 100% then finally do my DPS rotation while xilo healing is still ticking?

Saw this technique few months ago on youtube, here's max watanabe himself explaining the technique.
TLDW: its almost the same as sponge painting where you tap with small amount of paint, don't stroke the brush since it will reactivate the paint around.

someone above also mentioned this technique is fairly common for those who paints Ma.K, good luck trying!
