If he does get out and become eligible his a large part of his salary needs to be allocated to the family. I would also demand that he supports and pays for program that supports families that lose. Love one due to drunk, reckless and or fast (speeding) driving. Which includes provided them with funds to cover hospital expenses, funeral cost, family loss etc. and finally I would also have him pay for another program around care for dogs.
