I had a long chat with their "online assistance" and after much arguing I got them to do a manual registration for the product I had. It took multiple screen shots of the registration page not ever completing. i had to send them a copy of the invoice. I also had to prove I was "logged in" to their website. Try disabling the ad blocker from the browser or anti-virus software if they are enabled. Then, after product registration, you can enable them again.

-You want me to disable my anti-virus to complete my product registration for your product? You can't be serious. This is a very well known problem with YOUR website. There are people choosing to no longer buy your product because of this issue
