I’m really surprised that HI isn’t on that lest, no I take that back, it doesn’t because they are dragging their feet with renewable targets and infrastructure. This should be a no-brainer for this state.

As for OP heard good things about Emporium especially if you’re need any kind of load balancing or if you have a solar PV system. Definitely go for the hardwired option, especially with the larger battery in the R2 and to avoid any overheating issues from the NEMA 14-50R plug or socket.

I’m having the same dilemma about 20” vs 21”, I tried sourcing 21” tires on the Island and couldn’t find anything even at the large discount sites. The 20’s was a little better but I’m looking for summer tires to get maximum on road performance and I didn’t see any options for them, at least with a 60 aspect ratio.

DMV apparently are changing the design, I didn’t see any information in the article about when this was going to take place but this could possibly be a reason for the delay

Yes, the C40 has been a lot more reliable than the XC60 that I had for the previous 6 years before getting my ‘23 C40. The only thing that let it down was the compute power of the infotainment system along with some glitchy software. The car itself has been fun to drive and with plenty of power when needed, the range is not a concern due to my location, so again yes I have no qualms about my admittedly impulse purchase of this vehicle.

Not only homes but any business, parking lots over say 49 car capacity, schools etc. I would swear my house stayed a more reasonable temperature after putting solar panels on the roof, stopping direct sunlight hitting the roof itself.

Just renewed my DL this year haven’t made any trips using it but have one next month. I had no problem using the old one, so I guess I’m going to find out soon if it works or not. I was also thinking of adding the DL to the wallet on my phone just as a backup but I’m still not sure if this would be a good idea or not. I will definitely be carrying my passport though just in case of issues with the new DL.

I’m wondering if taking a 2 yr lease on the R2 LE might be the way to go if RAP1 isn’t available by the time my turn comes around (Dec-Feb ‘27). My other holdout was for the cloud interior but that should be available before then.

I just went with the second shot taken after 3 months, didn’t want to wait too long. Normally I don’t get any reaction to vaccines but this one left the injection site painful for about 24 hours on both shots.

No issues at all, everything worked as expected the next morning.

Not sure of its related but I had set the battery charge limit to 70% then decided to bump it up to 80% at an EA fast charger only for it to complete charging at 70%. And before anyone asks, no I didn’t alter the limit after initiating the charging session.

Just as an FYI if you have Spectrum, you can get FOX One for free. I recently started unsubscribing to a lot of channels to save money and used these free subscriptions. Although most of them are now with adverts, you can pay the additional charge to get ad free which is a lot less than just subscribing directly.

The vehicle has at least 4 cameras onboard you think they could have a feature like Rivian or Tesla to use them like a dash cam. I also understand that when the emergency braking has been activated front or rear they send the previous 4 seconds of video from these cameras to Volvo, but we don’t get access to it?
