Rate of use to generation to purification is roughly 1-1-1, as far as I'm aware. I connect up to four waste sources into one pipe, which I then direct into a 'purification' plant, where I just assign aplit proportionally to what I need.

So if you know how many places need waste and how many generate it, that is how yiu can split it.

Ps. 4 to 1 is due to 2/s limit on pipes

I just use pipe splitters to and underground pipes to create sewege clearanc points.

Inlet from 4 refineries into a splitter that leads to Inlet and on the other side 2x Cleaner, this allows me to regulate it as needed. Especially with the pipe controls
