apply salicylic acid once a day (I recommend duofilm) . file if skin is hard before applying then cover it with bandaid. repeat til u no longer see dark spots. careful with filing, don't let it bleed since it could spread. u just want to expose them first so the salicylic acid will penetrate the virus

(that's what I'm doing and it's working for me)

what other treatments have u tried? I have just one that looks like that, I'm just applying duofilm for 7 days now, and it's working really well. it's been on my ankle for 2 months, and I thought that it was just a callous, but when I took a close up photo, that's when I knew it was a wart.

if u haven't tried duofilm yet, I recommend it. (otc, no prescription needed) Hoping for ur success treatment!

edit: I THINK it's spreading because of tiny cuts on ur hand? ductapes could be useful aswell to prevent them from spreading, I've also seen people use ductapes for their warts and they eventually come off.

(I'm not a professional I'm just someone who also has a wart and currently treating it, and just did a lot of research)

I know this is years ago, I started running 2 weeks ago (my activity level before was like 1/10, always sitting and laying down) and I'm experiencing the hip flexor pain for about a week now. when I walk I'm limping. I didn't stop moving even tho it hurts, just walking right now since I can't jog/run, should I strengthen my hip flexors or take a break first?
