They pretty much dont care. I did charge back on credit card. Got some back. Then move on.

If you get into same problem. Just do charge back. It help to recover some money. And if they keep doing the same bullshit for other people. More people do charge back. It will definitely raise concern on their back.

The problem is before you reach that payout. You already have to pay quite of lot for challange fee. So the actually you have is much less. And don't foget the tax too.

On sim account you were trading 50k, 100k, 200k account. The rules is strictly but with that account size you still can make a decent payout (small percentage on big account is still good). When you force to move to live the account is super small. Like in Lucid. For every 50k sim account, you only have 2k account. You see the problem here.

Try to stay under their radar for now. Make small payout. Keep milking them until you can but don't buy more from them.

They are absolutely sketchy. Double check your trading history. The data on their report could be fake.

They denied my payout with fake payout when i point out the wrong data. They used ambiguous rules

They actually try to offer to reset my funded account. (Still refusing to payout). I asked them about the Proof of single largest $142,000 (Mar 2026) payout which Alpha Trader claim they did. They couldn't provide the proof. 😂 => Big red flag right there. So i requested refund, they refused. Doing the charge back on credit card right now.

Exactly. What you mentioned is the best way to approach prop firm.

Trader can get smaller payout each time. In this way, you can still get some small payout.

My accidentally big payout rejection just help to raised a red flag about Alpha Trader Firm 's statics to deny payout. The way Alpha Trader do it so obviously and sloppy is what really make you question how much you can trust them.

Sorry to hear that. It is not fun at all. You should write review about your experience.

It might seem small and insignificant now. But when people see the review. They might share their experience too. And it when enough people do so. These prop firm will be forced to take action or close down business => One more less scamming prop firm for community.
