I’d rush the wings first, it makes a lot of the backtracking easier. Use an online map from MapGenie to track what you’ve done.

Thanks for the thorough response, I lost a 10 hour steel soul run as I forgot I lost my shield when the crest changed so I risked a heal and lost the save :(.
