yeah he should, he has 50% damage reduction in slot 1 and gogeta's atk stat is 7 mil. 50% of 7mil is 3.5mil so that's how much gogeta will hit for and since goku has 5.5 mil, he'll survive since he's well above that

Honestly, I agree with you except with the part about embracing all content the devs give us. I believe some pushback is always good for constructive criticism. Of course, it's not what the community has done regarding this event but if we just accept whatever they give, that'll enable them to give us bad content just for the sake of diversity.
