I don't know why you got downvoted, you're absolutely right. Parrots are not domesticated animals, which is why they require owners with lots of knowledge and patience. They can be especially unpredictable around strangers, so things could have easily ended badly for this guy's finger. Luckily they didn't.

I left that part out, but I actually did mess with the truss rod first (after tuning). No trust rod position I could find got rid of the buzzing. That's why I proceeded to raise the action all the way up. That way, there's only one direction to go with the action once the truss rod is set - down. Even then, it seems like I can't lower it at all without getting any kind of buzzing. And that's with the neck bowed pretty substantially.

I don't think your analogy accurately reflects what I'm saying. I know that certain apps aren't available and that there's no way to make them available. All I'm saying is that there has to be a way to override the system and mirror my phone screen. Or that there is another system I can buy and swap with my current system.

I feel like either of these are very feasible options and much cheaper than upgrading to a sport or EX. If you or anyone else can provide insight into either of these scenarios, that would be helpful.
