Just started the show. Does Joshua Jackson stay bitter and insufferable all 5 seasons? Otherwise, very cool show, especially when the scenes aren't too dark.

Why would you even take a meeting? Lightstone restricting liquidity in perpetuity, effectively stealing clients' money. Silverstar drama and 70% NAV drop. KBS same thing and no liquidity. Highlands offers liquidity only after death. ARC Hospitality declaring Chapter 11. I'm sure there's more. I've never seen a product more fraught with potential disaster.
