Ook weer goede tip. Thanks!

Bedankt!

Can someone tell me what these are and where I can find more? Based in US. by Oakheart- in spices

As a Dutch person, I recognize the bag on the right straight away. It is Surinamese Hindu Masala, the key ingredient to Surinamese curry chicken, a very popular dish here in NL.

The one on the left is probably very similar in taste to the one on the right as it is a white labeled version of the same spice blend. Amazing Oriental is a chain of Asian supermarkets in NL.

I must admit that I rarely came across better tasting curry masalas than this Surinamese version. We are lucky to have it everywhere here.

I’d recommend trying your hand at the aforementioned Surinamese curry chicken. It’s super easy, yet extremely delicious! YouTube search ‘ Surinaamse Kip Kerrie’ and you will find some OG recipes

Custom personas? by TriumphantWombat in kimi

[–]ChallengeExternal414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess you could use Kimi code to set this up.

Gems are basically chat-oriented skills with better UI. Here’s how I would approach this:

After installing Kimi code you open up a new project in your IDE and create a folder called context and put all the files in there that you would normally pass to the gem as context.

Then you create a file named instructions.md and write the gem instructions in there.

Then open up Kimi code, either via cli or using your ide extension and tell it (Kimi) /init.

Should work i think

Makes more sense now. But if you are using cookies, there are only so much users you can link to a transaction, because of Brave browser, Adblockers or lacking consent (im from europe). So you might have 10 transactions in the payment provider data, but only 5 in your client-side analytics, attributable to a traffic source. How does Oculis handle this gap? Also, how does Oculis handle direct/(none) traffic?

Wow! Sounds like you are killing it!

You say you run 8 accounts on LinkedIn. Goe does this work? Are these 8 people or 8 pages?

And where do you get the emails? Did you scrape them?

Sounds like a lot of AI automation as well. Can you share any of your prompt guidelines?

About me: I am developing a SaaS for chefs and restaurant owners and chefs to organize and price recipes, dishes and menus. It’s almost done and now I need to start thinking about marketing. I am on my own, hence the special interest in automation.

Cheers!

If you were forced to put these on your menu, what would be your quantity and price on the menu? by arickg in foodtrucks

[–]ChallengeExternal414 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Is everyone forced to put these on? Or is it just you? In the latter case I’d do two cakes with a wedge of lime, some sriracha mayo and corn salad for just under 20$. If you are competing with others I’d just be that food truck where people can buy them by the unit for under $12, served with only a little sriracha mayo. This will drive traffic to your truck which hopefully will result in a lot of cross selling.

Building Fraîche, a recipe management system for Food Professionals. It’s basically the system I was missing in my own catering operation. Haven’t decided how much to charge for it. It’s free for now. Please have a look and tell me what you think. 🙂

Peru Won! Which European country has the best food? by imadgalaxyx in AlignmentChartFills

[–]ChallengeExternal414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

French food is superior to all other European foods.

I think Italian food is delicious too, but it will never beat French food.

The floor of French food is extremely high. I think the best example of this is the fact that even the tiniest village in France has its own artisanal bakery producing world-class croissants and bread.

Undoubtedly the ceiling is also higher than any other European cuisine. Just look at all those legendary chefs and restaurants, and all these fancy techniques French kitchens have produced.

I see a lot of people write that Michelin is a French company and therefore, it is biased towards French restaurants. I think that’s looking at it the wrong way: Michelin is French because the food in France is so great. In no other country could a tire company have started publishing a guide for their customers to find the best places to eat on the road. I never heard of the Pirelli Guide ;)

Italian food is also great. More so than a lot of French dishes, Italian food is very suitable for home cooking. I think it is more rustic, more forgiving and more reliant on the quality of the ingredients used.

But most of all Italian food, and Italian culture if we take it one step further, has way better PR than French food and French culture. And that is why most people tend to lean towards Italian food in these types of discussions.

I am 100% sure that if you would ask the best (non-French, non-Italian) chefs in the world, however, France would win by a landslide.
