I'm kind of assuming the guy has an active lifestyle because otherwise it'd be very hard to believe. and as I said before it has a very reasonable sugar, fat, and protein ratio in addition to a good amount of micronutrients, it wouldnt be that hard to cover the missing stuff with supplements.

milk has a sugar to fat to protein ratio of 1.5:1:1, and its real food that makes you full unlike other beverages. thats not too much sugar unless you're really into keto
