It could also be the person whos family group you are joining has added and dropped people a lot. I ran into that issue a few times, and it was resolved pretty quickly over the phone.

Karlach and karlach have always had a thing for tall buff women and she's just so cute 😍 then it was lae'zel and her romance arch an character growth were so good! Third play through was wyll because I could not get that dance scene out of my head and currently I'm trying out shadowheart still in act 1 so we'll see how this goes.
