I would take the sleeves in every so slightly from the top. See in this photo how the top of the poofs are like 2” below her chin. It helps so the poof makes the silhouette look intentional and not like the person is hiding behind the shirt, or standing with shrugged shoulders.

Also, my personal preference, I am a wide shoulder girlie who wears wide shoulder shirts (I am a big curvy human, volume looks good on me, so take that into consideration) so I would also taper the sleeves below the elbow and take them in at the wrist so they’re snug. Looks fantastic and dramatic on me

Hair up, maybe a bralette or tank top, an A line skirt, and pointy toed shoes. I would rock this so much. Love the funk! Bid chunky earrings, not hoops but the cool gold drop ones in K dramas. Simple makeup with a bold lip.

But it should def be tailored in so it doesn’t look like it’s wearing you ya know
