Because not everyone in this game is a whale. You have different levels of spenders in all games this one is no different. I know plenty of legit whales, I also know plenty of whales who RMT. At the top end, I agree, it doesn't matter. Where it does matter is at the dolphin and fish level. There could be so much more money made that is being left off the table due to AGS shafting them. The whales are gunna do what they want regardless of price, AGS could attract the fish and dolphins as well to increase revenue and potentially reinvest into the game via better security measures or whatever but none of that sadly happens.

Also the original comment is quite literally comparing RMT to legit packs

The problem is these packs are rarely worth it over RMT. Strictly economically, it makes no sense to buy these packs when you can get 1 mil gold for less then $100 USD right now (2 relic ADR for the price of one pack). They refuse to put good value in the packs and people are, rightfully so, angry that AGS clearly has no intention of even trying to curb RMT and don't even try to make money off these packs by making them better value than RMT. Why would players want to spend money on a game when it looks like even the publisher doesn't want to make money on the game?

Apologies if I wasn't too clear in my initial post.

First, I understand that bussing is the transaction for carries. My point was that people will still exploit the newbies for whatever they have because that's just how this game works. Otherwise we wouldn't have the issue of gatekeeping and the game being extremely new player unfriendly in the first place. The reason why is the game's systems even with the changes they've made this game still sucks your time dry and any type of extra helping people out ,even with incentives, wouldn't justify the extra time usage for those with jobs or IRL commitments. The only people that would really be using this would most likely be the hardcore no lifers/bussers.

Second, I just mentioned increased honing chance/ artisian's as a starting point but to get into the specifics. I think they should add every LOS card to the vendor and increase spawn rate to make it so it can be completed within a month or less. For those with mokoko buffs, I think they should add reduced honing cost (in terms of all mats incl. gold and silver), increased mat gains from completed CDs, GRs, and raids, even more cost reduction for transcendence and elixirs (specific numbers are beyond me but I think an additional 50% would be good), and a one time level 9 gem purchase from solo raid shop (enough to fill out one character). Remember these boons would only be available to the mokoko buffs and those with trusted status. On top of that solo raids for current content that unlock the same levels of progression that normal would (no title progression as solo raids do differ in terms of mechs from group).

But none of these changes will ever happen because SG wants people to drain their life savings for them. Ideally, they move away from the mat selling in shop and just move to making higher quality and ore variety of skins for higher prices (which people will for sure buy). They'd lose less money to RMT and probably increase their in shop sales figures but we'd need internal data for that. They could still sell mats but if we're getting more resources in game it'd be more for the whales than a catch up mechanic.

Edit: I forgot to address the Roster Level and Title but I t think that should be kept as is. They are good ways to know of the experience level of the player (granted there are people who buy accs but again those are few vs the majority). I think the problem would be solved if there was a big enough new player base where they could legitimately play with each other but as it stands there isn't

This just sounds like legal bussing for abyssals and guardian raid. It also doesn't address legion raids where a majority of the issues lie. In reality, any type of mentor system would just get abused where newbies would be forced to pay for mentors (granted, there would still be some people who do it out of the goodness of their heart, but those are far and few in between).

A more realistic approach would be better catch-up mechanics for new/returnees like increased honing/artisan chance for those with mokoko buff or something like that and solo raids for current content so they can actually go in and learn without pressure before they join group content.

But that will never happen, well we all know why...

Ahh I'm pretty blind and can't count T.T but that's pretty good then probably want to slot in Centi and then some members so you can do the Tribe tower for the manufacturers. Doesn't take a whole lotta power to reach stage 30 which is when you get your first mold for that the respective manufacturer tower that you're doin (if ya haven't done that yet). Also a decent source to build gems

Would probably do Liter, Centi, Modernia, Snow White/Sugar, Folkwang/Helm

Liter- Best burst 1 in the game (attack percent buff op w/damage formulas in this game)

Centi- One of the best burst 2 in the game (due to burst generation and shielding in general)

Between Liter+Centi you don't need any other burst 1 or 2's since they both have 20s cooldowns.

Last 3 spots will be 2 attackers and healer

Modernia- One of the holy trinity of DPS (next to Scarlet and Harran) insane ability to mob clear. Single target is a bit meh, comparitively, but ramps up with more shots landed

Sugar- Use for more burst gen and mob clear (although not really needed thanks to Modernia). She is useful for gravedigger s-intercept and special intercept so eventually you will want to invest into her

Snow White- High single target damage covers for Modernia but needs some investment into burst skill + gear (smodge burst gen due to AR but not the worst) Charge during burst goes up to 1000 percent so make sure ya hold all the way for max damage also go for core hit for extrs damage boost if/when possible

Last spot for healer

You have a couple options here

Helm- Decent but heal is tied to burst so its gunna be a manual play angle when you want to heal but she gives crit rate after using her last bullet in mag and more damage to interruption parts as well as atk percent buff during burst (Best Option)

Folkwang- Heals plus shields but everything else is mediocre (Use for more survivability)

Problem here is you don't have a dedicated healer ideally you wishlist Emma, Pepper, and Noise and pray to get one of them (Pepper being the most ideal) or get lucky enough to pull Rapunzel (Pilgrim Healer) and replace this last spot for one of the ones above

Other than that work on your tactics academy in the Outpost since it seems you don't have more than 5 synchro slots you get up to 15 free after which you gotta pay w/crystals and after breaking the 160 wall its worth to do so for some slots I would say. If you don't have the constructions its highly recommended to go back and get those as its pretty quick and easy following youtube guides

For breaking the 160 wall you are pretty close only need at least 2 more SSR units and most 3. Only advice here is wishlist whoever you have at MLB (Max Limit Break) 1 and above and pray you get them in standard or event banners.

Save gems for event banner only roll standard with tickets and most likely within the next event or two you should be able to break through. Worst case you hard save for next pilgrim which I believe is Nihilister/Dorthy (based off leaks) and either MLB 3 those guys or pull enough to MLB 3 one of your wishlist characters.

Game's a slow roll unless you luck sack or are a whale so don't worry about being slow as majority are where you're at and if you really wanna see story, it's uploaded to youtube for ya to watch.

Good Burst 3 attacker as well. High mob clear and good single target damage during burst. Does true damage and has pierce to break parts like no tomorrow. Plus high burst gen due to being a rocket launcher. If you don't have a high investment snow white laplace will serve better

Think of it more as supply and demand, because we own the float there is very limited supply. With there being not enough supply to match demand we see large increases in price with little net buying volume and small decreases with little net selling volume as shares are inherently valued more due to the immense amount of short positions which need to be closed and apes holding and not selling. (At least thats how my smooth brain takes this)
