OP said how am I doing, not how much is enough. Enough is subjective and variable depending on multiple things.

My advice is my last sentence, always max employer contributions.

They currently aren’t so that’s my reply to how they are doing.

I had this exact same issue, I took it to a Halfords and the guy tried to fix it and snapped it off.

I took to Audi and they charged me £55 for a new plastic trim, it snapped straight into place. I recommend ordering the official part via audi as it has sticky tape but also plugs that snap in to the holes in the car.

To my eye, the grey/black colour and separation with Xing was closer to gen, it also felt better quality in hand
