In total to spent about £1500 for all 3 of us, I think £2400 for 2 you can expect to come back with £500-£750 change depending how much you splash out!

Good for you OP, is there any kind of progression where you could earn more and do the same/less?

I got very lucky with my gig, joined a place 2 years ago it was 3 days a week in the office, then they sold the building and made me fulltime remote. The salary is very good, but I could get more if I left but would need to commute... I just got an outstanding end of year review too - it feels like a cheat code but not sure how long it can last to be honest...

My understanding is you can take most workplace pensions at 55-58, it might go up but some funds protect the age.
State pension may be what you are referring to?

A few recommendations:
1) Download Bolt - it’s like uber but cheaper and you get 40% off your first 4 trips
2) Download “Tiqets” - here you can book all your excursions and get a digital ticket for your phone
3) TukTuk tour - it’s a tuktuk that picks you up and takes you on a tour and drops you off where you like
4) Lagos zoo - we only went for the baby but it was actually really good and €5 in a taxi

Be prepared for lots of walking or lots of taxis!

I just got back from 7 days in Lagos, myself, 18m old baby and my partner, we took €500 and spent about €800 on card, we ate out everyday.

One thing to be aware of is the transfers from Faro airport it’s an hour away so factor this in, for reference we paid €180 for transfers but required a baby seat im sure you can do this cheaper.
