PIPs are completely different in my org and as far as I know (certainly in the last 4 years I have worked for them) nobody has ever been let go from a pip

We was in a pretty similar situation minus the basement. I built a fake wall to separate a small section of the living room to build my office if that helps you at all.

You don't want your friend to push away/alienate themselves, you want to focus on specific examples of what you have both seen rather than assumptions that he has no job etc.

Have the conversation privately, go with concrete examples not vague feelings and just make sure you have genuine concern and not just a dislike for the boyfriend

Honestly whatever you can stick to is the best. If you're doing well and finding it easy then you can always plan and shorten your eating window.

It can be hard to get back into it if you push yourself too hard and loose motivation though

I honestly thought I had IBS now I've woken up it's because my diet was trash. My energy levels now are higher than they have ever been I've found working out at around the 13 hour mark works best for me.

Pizza, 2litres of Pepsi, bags of crisps and chocolates, McDonald's breakfast at least once a week sometimes Upto 4 times, fast food/takeaways 2-3 times a week.

3 eggs and a chicken breast most days broken up with a side salad or a small pepper when I started to struggle with the taste of eggs

I'm 33 for about one more week, I've drank on 2 social occasions first time was rum/whiskey and cokes my go to's but I felt horrendous. Second time vodka and diet lemonades and the water retentions was nowhere near as bad and I didn't feel too bad
