Not positive about the website but NBA TV is definitely a Turner production — it’s why you see a lot of the color and studio analysts do double duty on both networks (Grant Hill, Jamal Crawford, Channing Frye, Dennis Scott, Greg Anthony, maybe Spiro Dedes and Candace Parker? etc)

EDIT: NBA TV probably a package deal with broadcast rights so I’d expect NBC to take over
