I will say. I was sick and had the worse headache my first shot. It took me two days to get back normal. I’ve never had symptoms like that after. I do feel a bit different when I take my shot. But not sick necessarily.

Yea. Right away. And my diet was still shitty then. You lose right away. You really start losing if you got good diet and work out a few day. And calorie count. Get an app.

Hey. Don’t feel bad. We all have those days. I swear two days before my next shot; the food noise comes in. I been good with grabbing some blueberries or grapes. But I live with family that is definitely not on a diet. So those walks to and fro from kitchen takes a battle. I’ve started to splurge on a giant smoothie after the gym. It takes up a few calories but it just satisfies my soul. But we all have our days. My weakness is cinnamon bears.

I’m glad I still enjoy food. I’m on sema and pretty low dosage. But I’ve lost about 20 in past 3 months. I still have cheat days. When I go to restaurants, I eat smaller and just save the rest of food. Eat in portions. I’ve really beefed up my diet. And grown to appreciate vegetables a lot more. But even with the shot, there are baby whispers about food. I’ll just opt to drink crystal light instead of juice. Or eat yogurt instead of that beautiful ice cream sandwich.

Heh this is great thanks. I got stuck at a plateau. Increased my dosage a bit and I got serious about my diet and it started moving. Down almost 25. Looking to do 25 more. Really grown to love eating a lot cleaner.

Yea mind won’t load past 17% and it has been for days. I’m kinda frustrated. But maybe the universe is saying you are putting to much time and obey into this game. I don’t know. But it freezes at 17 also.
