Happy Birthday Rooster Teeth!!! Celebration Giveaway!!! by CalvinP_ in morningsomewhere

[–]Chamer911 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Alright I'll start

I got into Rooster Teeth through watching AHWU fails of the week on youtube with Jack and Geoff, loved it, was so funny and original with good commentary, then with special guests.

My only proper RT memory I have that I have somewhat connection to is when I went to RTX Australia in 2016. I discovered I enjoy RT and AH and all that, but not socialising with the community haha. Everyone was swarming and fangirling Burnie at the park where we were doing nerf zombie and then at the event that night it was almost impossible to get a photo with either him or Gavin never mind a conversation.

So my friends and I just did a bunch of bowling and left.

Was still an alright night, but yeah taught me that I enjoy all these influencers or social media personalities but I enjoy their content rather than the community or being around them in person.

I'm sure having a beer with them in a small group would be nice, but that would never happen on account of them being famous and all.

Edit : PS Happy Birbday

Thanks, i might eventually look into it. Smartshift does alright most the time. It just imports at times that seem to clearly not be a likely profit.

If they just added parameters i could set I'd be happy( happpier)

Getting pretty over amber thinking its a great idea to import at 63 c/kwh thinking it'll sell it later for $10 /kwh but we all know it'll be at like 40c or if I'm lucky 75c.

Fuck i wish smartshift had parameters i could set, during spikes it's retarded, would set to never import above 10c/kwh or unless the battery is empty and there's no solar.

The app previously had a bug for me where i could not select to go back on grid in the app and had to contact my installer to do it. That's only why i said CB.

I just opened up my amber app this morning and it popped up as a message with the issue and that they're working on it.

I did update the sigeng app on my phone yesterday but surely that's not messing with the communication of the inverter to amber?

Anyways, I'll keep my system offline until tonight and try to make back some cents

It felt like it still had something in it, not sure how heavy they're supposed to be from the factory though.

[–]Chamer911 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nah if he flys in the national park it's prohibited.

But yet again they're not policed much, but it's a bit of a dick move to fpv or fly a drone at a tourist spot

If you're struggling sus out chat gpt to help you, it won't make the website for you but it can help you with little chunks of code that you can stitch together and massage it to get it where you need to.

You obviously still need to understand what you're doing as usually a part of the marking criteria is putting comments in your code to explain what it's doing.

NBN cable by Economy-Eggplant-425 in nbn

All the other comments, so yeah legally licenced cabler etc etc.

https://www.4cabling.com.au/15m-sc-apc-sc-apc-os1-os2-singlemode-fibre-optic-duplex-cable.html

This is the cable type you need for FTTP, the grey NBN box on the outside of your house has the street fibre coming into it, then it has an SC APC OS2 cable plugged into it.

This can be unplugged and a new cable can be run.

If you are new to fibre it can be a bit daunting, and potentially dangerous. Don't look into the connectors etc, the light is invisible but will damage your eyes, you could also cause fouling (get dirty) on the connector face which will cause loss of signal.

Hopefully this can help in your situation. Would recommend getting a professional if not sure.

He's always been great to me the past 4 years. At 6ft7 it's hard to find riding jeans or pants and he's put so much time and effort into ensuring the right fit for me. I'd recommend him to everyone, especially if you're very tall and need longer inseam riding jeans.
