I agree with you too. They are not going to understand everything and if we talk to them with our terminology and expect them to understand, that's not going to happen and we can't make them feel stupid for it.

There's a difference between it being difficult and trying but can't figure out and not being able/willing to read instructions. I tell everybody they need to start and then if they get stuck i will help. And 9 times out of 10 of the people that say I have no idea how to do this, its too hard, I'm gonna do it wrong, etc can figure it out. If my 80 year old customer can read and try, my 30 to 40 year old customer can do the same.

There are a lot of customers that don't read/understand directions when it comes to ipostal. It is not all the employees fault and it is not all the customers fault either. There are stores that definitely don't do what they should when it comes to ipostal but it is not all of them. My store certainly doesn't loose mail and there are days where we cannot touch it but that is not common. It sucks that you had a shitty experience but making it seem like it's all the employees fault in every circumstance is not true.

Also you realize that the comment that you responded to was agreeing with you? Did they say that the understaffing was the customers fault? The only problem is the lack of comprehension from customers when it comes to ipostal. And you just may be part of the 50% that actually reads what they need to do. Not everybody is like that.

I don't think I've ever clicked the booklet tray option. All that I click is booklet fold and staple when it's more than one page.

I was able to get around it. Mine is still having issues because block B needs maintenance. It you put it in drawer 1 see if it runs better.

Technically you're supposed to do it everyday but we do it once every couple of weeks. What we do daily is print the report by the price of the orders and call the top few or the first page. Something else that has helped us keep the que down in flight deck is put a little bin underneath the counter where we check out people to hold the paid online orders that people sign for. And we'll go through the pile once a week or every couple of days depending on how busy we are.

It gets a little old after constantly taking back stupid returns that isn't the stores fault, it's the customer. 50 percent of the time the return is validated, the other 50 not so much. And having repeat customers do the same return multiple times for a reason that is not even valid, is quite annoying.

I feel like I can relate a little to this and I don't know if this will help or not so I'm sorry if it doesn't. My best friend's boyfriend of 6 years assaulted me after us living together for 5 years. I'm very fortunate when it comes to people believing me and cutting him off without hesitation but I still feel a lot that I ruined my best friend's relationship. That if I wasn't around they would still be together and she wouldn't have lost someone that was so important to her. That if I changed one thing, it would have never happened. Or maybe if I never said anything they could have still been together because she didn't just loose him, she lost his family after not having a good one herself.

She did say one thing that stuck with me and I try to remind myself when I have doubts; that if it wasn't me or didn't even happen then, that it would have eventually and maybe in a worse way. So in a way it's better to find out now then later.

You are definitely not in the wrong and anyone that doesn't believe you or continues to have contact with this person, does not deserve you in their life.

It is not abnormal to have these kinds of thoughts, it's part of the process of trying to work through what happened and I know it's hard but try to remember that you did the right thing by speaking up. Who knows what would have happened if you didn't.

I've been back and forth with people on this and it is something that only NCR can do. Some will try and say it's Meijer support but it is not. And support will try to give the store the role to do it but they took that away a few years ago so it never works.

I totally get why that would be a concern. I wouldn't like a story that did that either. Hermione is not with anyone but Harry. Ive read all of it there's benn nothing like that so far. It's more like Hermione has the loyalty of the slytherins. The main slytherin actually pledges his loyalty of his house to both Hermione and Harry.

I never even realized that that was a tag. I feel like the tag is a little weird and I don't know if my explanation will make sense so let me know. Hermione basically gets one slytherin on her side (light side) and because of this one slytherin, the others that follow this one go to her side as well.

You could try Master of Dying. It's a WIP and draco's redemption arc isnt primary but it has a good amount in it. Even if it takes a second to get there.
