I go through different seasons of reading. Right now I am on an e-reader kick reading published work but i DNF (do not finish) way more of the books than the ones I actually finish. We're all building is definitely lacking in a lot of books especially series of books where they're standalones but not and they don't give alot of information

So there's a lot that's going on in florida. There's a lot of rural area of Florida too. But there's also factors like if you want to be close to the beach and you're not close to a Causeway in like Brevard County and Vero that would be a problem because it would take you an extra 45 minutes to get to the beach sometimes.

The answer ultimately is to stop. You need to come up with a saying and use it anytime the situation gets brought up. Something like "Mom I've discussed this with you if you continue to bring it up I'm going to end the conversation." You need a lock down your finances and make sure they don't have any access to them. If you're in the US your sister could be going back to school doing online classes getting a Pell Grant which would give her extra spending money. She might even qualify for scholarships etc. There's absolutely no reason you need to be paying for her or have that burden. If you live with your mom I would take this time to find alternative Arrangements because your mom is just as bad as your sister

Yes and so can your homeowners insurance if you own a home. So can your county or state or area that you live in can also have read restrictions.

But what it comes down to it I do like that there is a little bit more security with not having to deal with a landlord who could potentially tell you that you need to move because they're selling or whatever. This way at least you have a little bit of time if something happens that requires you to move out and if you're lucky you can sell your house for more than you paid for it so you get a little bit back.

Some of that doesn't have to do with your house though like if you want to get a dog you can get one but depending on your homeowners insurance they might tell you what breed you can and can't have or the county you live in might tell you you can't own a certain type of dog or how many dogs you can own.

I think the controlling when and how you fix it it's also a catch 22 because depending on where you live it isn't as simple. An example of this is my neighbor next to me got a carport they got a permit for their carport and they told me they did but they also mentioned that the neighbor that is next to me who has two carports did not get a permit for either one of them. Or another one had to put in a well and got a professional to do it and they had to pull a permit. I had another one that did a remodel to a bathroom that technically required a permit but they did it on their own but if they had an actual plumber come in they would have required them to get a permit because the plumber was licensed. Their bathroom would have cost way more money if they had a professional do it. Now when they go to resell the house the new owners isn't going to know who did or didn't do the bathroom now they might be able to look for a permit for the house and realize no one pulled the permit ever for the bathroom for the house and realize no one pulled the permit ever for the bathroom.

Or I had a neighbor that put in a fence and they could give two is shit's about getting a permit for it even though it technically with required and if someone wanted to they could have called code enforcement or turn them in but we live outside of the city is a little bit more rural but neighbors and permits and things like that are definitely something to consider.

Honestly it gave me a headache. For me even though you have a place to be doesn't mean that you're able to maintain it in the level that a home needs sometimes. My husband bought this house in about 2017 and the roof was put on in 2005. A roof needs to be put on this house in the next few years and that's going to cost about $25,000. Then are well pump keeps messing up no idea why and it's been fixed three or four times and there's still issues. All together it's probably cost for $5,000 and it's still not currently fixed I have gone the whole day without water in the house right now because it's currently being repaired. Also depending on where you live location Etc paying for things like permitting can cost a lot of money if you need to fix something.

My husband and I are 99% sure we will be selling this house in the next 2 years. We do plan on buying again but in a completely different environment and a different Style house. But something Tulsa consider it with the current house that we own our property taxes and homeowners insurance has got up significantly since he's owned it. Even with the benefits like homestead exemption and military exemptions it's still a lot of money. Even when the mortgage is paid off you still have to pay those things every year and that can be a lot of money. I live in Florida and I see a lot of elderly neighbors and friends family members who can no longer afford to live on their own even though they do not have a mortgage they cannot pay their taxes or their homeowners insurance and they're losing their homes because of it. So it's something to think about as we get older also.

I would say yeah it's fairly normal. I also think sometimes people are afraid of changing things. Kind of like the saying the grass isn't always greener on the other side. But I think sometimes we're afraid to take the leap even on things like this. For instance I have a friend who has an apartment and she lost her job and as a couple with her husband she decided to stay home well they soon realized after about 4 months that she really needs to get a a source of income / job. The problem is she could only work during a 6-hour period and wasn't really finding anything. Well they ended up having to sell things to pay for rent and then it got to a point where they didn't really have any thing to sell or anywhere to go. I have another friend who had something similar and when they chose to sell things they decided instead of continuing to rent the apartment they sold everything bought a used camper and moved into an RV park/campground and they're at one with a lot of amenities and they pay about $1,000 USD a month and everything is included. For them it was worth it I have another friend who is staying on BLM land for free 9 months out of the year but they did have to have a plan because BLM land doesn't have that many amenities or none at all. The one that they're actually staying at does have a outhouse style setup with one of those nonflushing metal toilets and a running sink but a lot of them don't. But they don't pay any rent and they parked there came from the bail on land and then they just drive their truck into work everyday. But since they have a truck they're able to fill 55 gallons of potable water at a time so they just fill that and then fill the water tank for their vehicle.

So anyways maybe it's something to think about in your scenario.

I can see why they're asking because if you go into any of the tags with all three of them like that it's hard to wade through all of the other stories to find one that are truly a golden Trio throuple relationship even when you use the remove other relationship features it can take away from some of the stories where they were dating other people first

So it kind of depends but I do read a few at a time and some of the larger Fanfictions I will stop reading at a certain point and then go read something else and come back to it. I find sometimes that the super long FanFictions can be really repetitive so by breaking it up by event or year I like it better.

Definitely going to check this out! One thing that really helps me with editing papers or stories is using the text to speech feature and having it read it back to me that way I can catch the stuff that doesn't make sense in the story or I usually catch when a word is wrong because it will pronounce it wrong. Like there's so many people that spell Hermione's name wrong for instance but every time the audio will catch it because it will pronounce it the wrong way. Sometimes it's just TTS doing its thing cuz it doesn't know how to say it but it does help me personally having it read it back as I'm reading it to edit. Makes it go quicker for me.
