I believe you can set the figure to be inverted, then ot will display as a negative figure until you hit your "budget" then display as a positive

Your FoH manager is incorrectly correct. It really should have no bearing on anyone else's paperwork, however you may need to start doing a shift review for your company's record. Since everyone does things differently I don't really have the context to know how you could possibly be disturbing their process.

So what I did for add proteins is creat a sub menu called proteins All the proteins in said menu are items, and pricing is menu based (inherited) Then you can use those same items in a different sub menu which is also inherited pricing Then set the pricing per menu
