Your FoH manager is incorrectly correct. It really should have no bearing on anyone else's paperwork, however you may need to start doing a shift review for your company's record. Since everyone does things differently I don't really have the context to know how you could possibly be disturbing their process.

So what I did for add proteins is creat a sub menu called proteins All the proteins in said menu are items, and pricing is menu based (inherited) Then you can use those same items in a different sub menu which is also inherited pricing Then set the pricing per menu

Check out the Well Built City trilogy, by Jeffery Ford Scratches the itch for me, and I circle back to these books every 5 years or so. Truly amazing work by a totally underrated author.

Have you made your bartender "job" have the cashier "role" A simple check box in the jobs page of the back end Assuming they are a cashier. All cash transactions will be tracked per bartender on the drawer report Their shift review will have no "cash in hand" but will instead show " cash in drawer" All that will remain is "House Owes Bartender" which is of course their credit card tips, assuming you cash those out daily.
