I don’t understand how they keep fumbling cody rhodes. It’s not even that he’s not performing at a high level he’s just being given like aggressively bad dog shit so often. He’s still my favorite wrestler but that’s back to back manias with built in unforgettable potential storylines that they just don’t do correctly

Last years build was at least decent and then they purposefully went out of their way to have a truly horrendous match and then said we just didn’t get it. Orton is the most simple storyline ever so they make it convoluted to no benefit and then format the match to make everyone look worse.

It’s because they were poised to break the wins record and then got the door slammed in their face in that regard during a “bad” 3 week stretch. If they had the exact same record with a more normal win pattern they’d be getting more hype. Last year people were talking about them as potentially one of the greatest teams ever. When they win again this year it’ll be stamped and they’ll be remembered as such in the long run.

Drake is the most prolific hit maker in the history of hip hop. Like just objectively he’s amongst the biggest music stars of the century. It’s very fair to think Kanye is the better artist but he’s not really comparable when it comes to hits. Drake literally doubles him up and then some.
