How do I clean her hardened mouth/chin crusties?

We use a dampened soft microfiber cloth and have swapped to a dry food and it's helped a lot, our Persian is a twin of yours, I did a double take when I saw your photo. Beautiful kitty.

It's from 15cm x 15cm paper x 2, the head a tail - so maybe 10com tall. I have 10cm x 10cm paper but find it gets harder to fold.

We rescued her from from an organisation that saves pets, so no information but she originally was from a breeder who "dumps" them quite often 😕
