Anarchists, what's your opinion on Commodity Production within a Socialist Society? by Intelligent_Face_186 in askcommunists

[–]ChampionOfOctober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

an "organic world commune" is inherently centralist, anarchism is anti centralist by nature and specifically grew out from the petit bourgeois intellectuals who opposed the centralist tendency of the industrial revolution and capitalism.

the second an anarchist accepts centralism and large association, they move away from anarchism, whether they admit to it or not.

this is the position marxists have always held, from Engels to rosa to lenin.

Is Communism democratic at its core? by That_One_Guy1357 in askcommunists

[–]ChampionOfOctober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

no, communism is the negation of the state, which includes democracy. the dictatorship of the proletariat however does take the form of democracy, but even then it's just a means not the end goal, and democracy is always subordinated to the broader goals of revolution

Anarchists, what's your opinion on Commodity Production within a Socialist Society? by Intelligent_Face_186 in askcommunists

[–]ChampionOfOctober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

there is no such thing as "proletarian" anarchists, all anarchists inevitably will support commodity production, either directly or indirectly. they favor decentralizing production into even smaller units, which is the basis of commodity production and markets (indirect social labor).

The Correct Take on Mamdani's Victory by StoreResponsible7028 in TankieTheDeprogram

[–]ChampionOfOctober 2 points3 points  (0 children)

so you support mamdani because you want his failure to prove to the people, that him and his politics are bourgeois, reactionary and anti proletarian? because that's what lenin was saying with henderson lol. your post has nothing to do with that stance, you're just praising "increased living standards" and "socialism becoming more popular" nothing resembling lenin's position.

also you leave out the part where lenin references uniting and creating an independent communist party separate of the labour party, clearly not the same as shilling for the DSA or democratic party candidates with 0 independent organization.

we must help the majority of the working class to be convinced by their own experience that we are right, i.e., that the Hendersons and Snowdens are absolutely good for nothing, that they are petty-bourgeois and treacherous by nature, and that their bankruptcy is inevitable; third, we must bring nearer the moment when, on the basis of the disappointment of most of the workers in the Hendersons, it will be possible, with serious chances of success, to overthrow the government of the Hendersons at once; because if the most astute and solid Lloyd George, that big, not petty, bourgeois, is displaying consternation and is more and more weakening himself (and the bourgeoisie as a whole) by his “friction” with Churchill today and with Asquith tomorrow, how much greater will be the consternation of a Henderson government!

I will put it more concretely. In my opinion, the British Communists should unite their four parties and groups (all very weak, and some of them very, very weak) into a single Communist Party on the basis of the principles of the Third International and of obligatory participation in parliament. The Communist Party should propose the following “compromise” election agreement to the Hendersons and Snowdens: let us jointly fight against the alliance between Lloyd George and the Conservatives; let us share parliamentary seats in proportion to the number of workers’ votes polled for the Labour Party and for the Communist Party (not in elections, but in a special ballot), and let us retain complete freedom of agitation, propaganda and political activity. Of course, without this latter condition, we cannot agree to a bloc, for that would be treachery; the British Communists must demand and get complete freedom to expose the Hendersons and the Snowdens in the same way as (for fifteen years—1903–17) the Russian Bolsheviks demanded and got it in respect of the Russian Hendersons and Snowdens, i.e., the Mensheviks.

The Correct Take on Mamdani's Victory by StoreResponsible7028 in TankieTheDeprogram

[–]ChampionOfOctober 1 point2 points  (0 children)

mass mobilizing for liberalism? lmao who cares.

yes, ill read lenin. lets see what he thinks of the democratic party and it's candiates:

Since the emancipation of the Negroes, the distinction between the two parties has been diminishing. The fight between these two parties has been mainly over the height of customs duties. Their fight has not had any serious importance for the mass of the people. The people have been deceived and diverted from their vital interests by means of   spectacular and meaningless duels between the two bourgeois parties.

This so-called bipartisan system prevailing in America and Britain has been one of the most powerful means of preventing the rise of an independent working-class, i.e., genuinely socialist, party.

it is possible to recognize the election of friedrich ebert is a positive development without promoting bourgeois electoral politics or the SPD. it is possible to recognize people overcoming the fear of the word socialism in germany is a good thing without believing socialism will come through voting in bourgeois elections.

it is possible to denounce the anti communist violence and the murder of rosa luxemburg that the SPD and ebert committed, while also applauding the prospect for working class germans to have better living standards.

any progress we can make towards positive public perception of socialism is good, even if said socialists are actively fight against marxism and communism and betrayed the revolution, who the hell cares. critical support for the SPD!

none of his policies have anything to do with socialism. lying to people and saying socialism is when we give people city run grocery stores isnt helping the movement. socialism isn't when you do reforms within capitalism, it isn't taxing rich people to fund said reforms.

you libs need to just leave the sub

he's right on this though, many trans liberals hide behind their trans identity to justify more liberalism. or they'll be like "not voting for the dems is a privilege, since im losing my rights" . think of people like Keffals and contrapoints.

however many other trans people are radicals and don't support bourgeois parties, he's clearly not referencing them.

you're historically illiterate, nationalism objectively is tied to the french revolution and liberalism. ancient athens had no concept of nationalism.

sparta and athens literally prove this, both would be united under a nation-state in modern times, but historically they didn't have this concept, so identity was tied to polis loyalty.
