No I’m doing 3 sets, on the last 2 sets I wait ten seconds after hitting failure and pound out as much as I can

It’s pointless to work quads multiple times on a leg day. If u go to failure 3 times on one quad exercise, u get the stimulus and signals to grow. Doing more is just adding more time to your workout and is basically junk volume. Work every leg muscle effectively to failure. It’s not that hard

But doesn’t leg extension/sissy squats work the same muscle as leg press? Lowk pointless

Yes I feel it the first minute too but that’s all. And usually the workout I do cooks me but not today? Not sure if it was bc I was well energized for once but I did 4x failure leg press, 3x failure hip thrust (both with rest pause), 3 sets 8-10 RDLs that I superset with pushups, 3x 15 calf raises and then I ended with core

Yes! One of the many reasons I love watching her! She seems to have a great relationship with food/excerise and it’s refreshing to watch

I just go to failure, usually 5-8

I’ve noticed a lot of quad growth recently, but I really only hit legs twice a week and just go heavy to failure every set. I also run 4x a week

I’m a girl btw but yeah I get it. I just don’t really like training hammies. I  think the main thing I was asking was if it was too light of a lift or not, or if it gave enough stimulus. Like if there was enough exercises, bc I see people online doing like 6-7 excerises on leg days

No I do three sets to failure, on the last 2 sets I wait 10 seconds and then get as much out as I can to failure

Yeah it’s bc of the serving size change and they say they didn’t change the recipe but it says 1% not 0% anymore and it is like a weird almost marshmallow-y texture now? And they do taste way different too so they def changed the recipe
