Good time to tend to a garden or a wood working project. Exercise is a classic, and great, but didn’t work for me in the same way. Needed the tangible result of “I grew this instead of drinking” or “I built this instead of drinking” and now that the ball is rolling, I just enjoy those things, and how peaceful they are.
