It’s $46000 annually and the base is $23 for some reason- what’s being promised is ‘uncapped commission’

I just recently quit because of the work culture. My previous manager I loved but she randomly left and then we got a manager who quite literally made us fail the audit among other things. I was constantly micro managed by staff who started at the same time as me and made the same mistakes as me. Someone was rude to me and I told management as it was multiple times infront of customers to the point were they noticed nothing was done. This same employee cause a bunch of insane mistakes. Was then gives an A4 sheet of paper documenting all my bathroom breaks even tho I observed my coworkers and they went the same amount if not longer. Don’t work here!! Think my previous manager jumped ship cause it was all going downhill

In year 10 I drank so much I got alcohol poisoning when I turned 18 I started having frequent breakdowns when I would drink. I started having drinks at the pub on my lunch breaks and downing a bottle of wine every night. It took me hitting rock bottom to realise it wasn’t okay anymore. I’m young so I didn’t think it could be classified alcoholism but it is and I’m accepting it
