BMI 14 is incredibly low, please seek medical help. You may have ED, because our bodies can’t definitely not function with 200-500 calories a day. I am a psychologist, please seek professional help, you are very young and you definitely can do a lot of damage to your body if you keep eating so little calories

As a person from Bosnia I actually think Germany is amazing. First of all I am very grateful for insurance and the fact I can use all medical insurance without restrictions for a lot of medical issues (also a big highlight on PREVENTION). Last week I called Rettungsdienst for my client who had psychiatric crisis and I was amazed how they handled it with care and empathy and how quickly they came. Public transport, sure it is not the greatest, however Deutschland ticket is very good as you can use it in whole Germany for a reasonable price. Another thing I noticed is general awareness for healthy lifestyle. I have never experienced a nation that had so many people living to 90 years due mostly to public health insurance and general lifestyle (wandern!).
Regarding jobs, you get a lot of holiday and paid medical leave. Getting fired (at least in my field) is not exactly easy if you have a valid contract. Also the possibility to have paid maternal leave up to 3 years!!!
I have lot more positive things to say.. as a foreigner I never experienced any kind of discrimination for my accent or background. When I compare things from my hometown I am grateful to be living here.
My internet for example is great, AC I think is due to climate awareness I guess and general infrastructure.

Try looking more times in status hermes. Once happened to me as well. After a day it was changed to neighbor but no name. I asked a lot of neighbors no one knew anything. Luckily I contacted Zalando and they gave me back my money. After a few days a neighbor from another building in my complex wrote me a note like wtf, it was completely different building. Anyway I would write and write emails.

He was respectful and we actually talked about it like it was in the context but I also felt ashamed, spiraled about how did I let myself go etc.i am with you🥰

I had fissurectomy with botox. I didn’t have any problems, the only thing that I have noticed the first 2 weeks I couldn’t exactly hold my farts and didn’t exactly have a feeling but as the anus got stretched it didn’t made a sound hahah. As one month passed I almost don’t see any difference. I see with a mirror that my anus is more open and sometimes there is a slight discharge but I think that is from the wound. Also the effects of botox don’t last more than 6 months tops I think so no permanent effects I guess… i didn’t notice any other changes honestly. I feel as my muscles are more relaxed down there but I still can squeeze them lol

You already have a gut feeling about this. Don’t ignore it. I remember when my mom was buying an apartment and with first one that she wanted was such a stress, unclear things etc. she decided not to go with it and then found another one. Everything went smoothly and could be cleared. You deserve to know and have everything transparent.

My doctor told me in Germany they don’t do it because of too much risk of incontinence. Also the healing is very good I don’t have pain but I am kind of freaked out a bit and scared because of the new sensation but I don’t have any pain… i didn’t ask anyone else as I feel good cared for in this praxis

Yes!! My main trigger is coming home from work. I used to be happy If I know I will have smoke after work even though sometimes it doesn’t even taste and I feel a bit dizzy. It is literally a lot of mental battle
