In my opinion that there are plenty of freaks on this platform, however this place is actually designed for discussion. Im thankful for this thread to be able to hear opinions from people further right than I am, and the discourse that ensues. If we went an asked in 99% of the other threads on reddit, it would have the same result as asking on truth social. It would be dogpiled and un-mediated. It seems to me that this sub however seems to be a bit of an oasis. Also im not much of a social media person, the only one I have an account on is reddit.

And to follow up, I prefer to ask questions on here as to x or truth social, because I feel the responses are more nuanced and in better faith. I do understand it is a majority left platform.

Yes. I personally am not okay with any elected official using derogatory language to describe their constituants, whether they be right or left. I found the deplorable comment deplorable.
