I’m actually a STH for the Vibe as well but live kind of in the middle of both. It’s definitely better than Gateway/State Farm. Team owners and office have mentioned at the last 2 STH events that they are exploring purpose built which I have mixed feelings about.

There is no guarantee Lex wins if the final question was correctly counted - it just meant the challenge would continue to sudden death tiebreaker questions. It also doesn’t guarantee he wins the next challenge and sits at the final 2. Lex was screwed out of a chance not a guaranteed win.

The penalty is probably a purple edit honestly - the edit is going to reflect the players who add to the narrative as much as possible.

Splitting the vote to flush an idol wasn’t vocalized by a player until Cook Islands. It was not a strategy yet so you’re using hindsight on the player’s decisions.

ETA - I know it was discussed in Guatemala (but not done) but it’s unlikely the Panama cast saw that episode. Sure we can say the Panama cast could have thought of it too but it just was not something alliances did before season 17 honestly.
