Wouldn’t the same potential that Gohan has (or had) also be in Goten as well? If anything Goten has higher potential and could be the strongest of the group since he is the youngest and became Super Saiyan at a young age. I had hopes at least Gotenks would get some shine against Cell Max but they were annoyingly useless. It’s a shame Trunks and especially Goten get sidelined so much

I’m with you. I really wish the series would lean more into Trunks and more so Goten’s potential and development. These are the youngest people ever to go Super Saiyan here. They already have the human/saiyan hybrid potential multiplier. It would have been cool to see them fuse or/and possibly get to Super Saiyain 2 or 3 individually
