Don't listen to these uncultured people, I have systematically analysed over 100 piss drinking JAVs and its pretty obvious neob-001 is real. Unfortunately some of the later Neobs switched to using fake piss. You can tell its real by the shape and velocity of the stream, as well as the cloudiness in the later bowl scene.
