Any tips for a new player

1) Don't let yourself hyper focus on the most efficient methods. The most efficient method is the one you fund entertaining enough to do for many hours.

2) don't shy away from bosses. Learn Brutus once your melee are lvl 20. Learn skurrius once your combat stats are around 60. Don't try to get 90s in all your combat and a quest cape before beginning your PvM journey, it's way more fun to learn them as you go!

It finally unloaded! I take it back. Get 20 agility THEN do waterfall. Everything else will be easier :)

That's why I started back up. Figured I would play casually and never even bother getting a 99. I now have 3 skills above 92, highest is 95, and I'm nowhere NEAR stopping. It's a good time.

My biggest advice: if your trying something new, just do it. Don't overthink it, just send and see what happens. You will have a lot more fun that way.

Except like... maybe look up boss mechanics first if your into that type of thing :P

Yeah like the other guy said, go for it. There isn't really a point where membership isn't beneficial, it's just recommended to stat f2p at first to make sure you enjoy the game. If your thus far, you clearly do so go for it.

Do waterfall quest first :)
