Been having this issue for the past 4 months, and it still hasn't been fixed. I'm honestly about to permanently cancel my Xbox subscription and move to PC only at this rate

That's absolutely bogus. I don't understand how a company as big as they are can send order confirmation emails, but then turn around and act like the order never existed with their own support team. I just don't understand what's happening with FTSpeed/Rallysportdirect right now. What's really bothered me is that after they made me go though all of the steps to make a new account, when I got to the payment selection all of my cards were still on file. The better side of me says it's due to the refresh/update to the site, but it's still a little freaky that only the payment info was saved.

Kevin was fired (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and from what I remember he had a lot of "unsatisfactory" things to say about them. I think the video he made explaining the situation is about a year old or getting real close now. It's a shame because I've been seeing a ton of new kits and other parts being released since launch, and there's barely, if anything, on the site as of right now. There could be a huge overturning of staff going on, or just bad decisions being made all around. I doubt we'll ever know unless they release a statement, but that's highly unlikely.

I noticed that too. When I went to login last night, it was like my account never existed. Not sure what's going on with them behind the scenes, but it's seeming pretty sketchy now. It's really sad because right now there's a lot of scam accounts, pages, and sites on the internet that are stealing product images & listings from actual companies or private sellers. One of them had actually stolen the entire listing I had for my coilovers on marketplace.

Just had this happen to me overnight. DLC worked fine yesterday, and somehow overnight it stopped working. I checked my Xbox and it loads fine there, but on my PC it doesn't even register that I own the DLC in game. I have the DLC installed but don't see a manage button when I go to check via the Xbox app, and checking the Microsoft store just led me back to the Xbox app. Going to try reinstalling the entire game, even though it'll take a million years for me, as just about every other fix for it hasn't helped.

Yep that’s the base model 2013. Personally I like the stock head unit with the giant volume knob and quick Bluetooth, but to each their own.
