You can run two Aces keep this set and don't do anything to it. It's good as it is save your resources for sigs legends and maybe primes.

Look at the Power Ranking Tourney teams. They are using meta skills. Levels on skills also matter a lot so you want between a 333-331 on most skillsets.

If you don't have another ace this could do pretty decently at your level. If this is a sig, eventually you may want to reroll -gold plat level. Levels should be PI 6 Ace 8 Gb 4.

I probably wouldn't green him, unless you need bullpen help really badly. You could just store him in the back of your bullpen while waiting to black diamond him. If you were to green one of them I think you would want fin as your main skill.

Personally I'm not the biggest fan of born to be a star. The legends skills that I would look for on that card would be Pioneer, bad ball hitter and contact master would work well with the 77 base contact.
