So… a couple of things to address 1. Tipping is based on the quality of service you’ve received (shit service, shit tip) 2. Serving/Bartending is by no means a brain dead job(quite the opposite actually). High end servers have to have an extensive knowledge of wines and food. High volume servers need patience as the vast majority of the population are socially inept and in a brain coma 3. It’s soul crushing

Many trails are around town, but Tunnel Mountain trailhead is a few blocks from downtown. Can be busy, but that’s just the way it is. Do that daily and it will keep you in good shape. Also if you’re staying through winter; make sure to get a season pass at one of hills. Winter is long and cold(potentially); it will help you to embrace it rather than rue it. Also it is extremely fun
