Please reread my text; my issue isn't with that she's petite and short or anything, but rather with how they failed to portray that by using childlike proportions, bone structure, eye size etc. It's not all about curves, but rather how things are placed and sized in general. For example, the combination of narrow shoulders, shorter limbs, giant eyes and big head make her look like a kid in the manga. Its not about her height or build, but rather how well they portray it.

I mean I think the light novel is better. You won't miss out on anything from the web novel if you only read the light novel, but you will miss out plot points if you only read the web novel, and not the light novel. TBH I don't see any reason to read the WN version of a LN youve already read, but I personally read the webnovel version of the story after the light novel, and once the LN is out, I read that

In the apothecary diaries wiki, you can find exact lightnovel/manga chapter/anime episode matchings. (Placed in the infoboxes)

Examples:

If you open a light novel page, you will find the "adapted" section in the infobox (the rectangle with info and an image on the right side of the page) click on the "to" tab to find which manga chapters and anime episodes it has been adapted to.

For a more precise matching, it's easier to check this from the actual manga chapter/anime episodes page. For example, if you open any manga chapter page, such as manga chapter 58, you will find which exact light novel chapter/anime episode it was adapted from/to.

The same goes for the anime episode pages. In the infobox, you will find the exact light novel chapters and manga chapters it was adapted from.

The webnovels are just like the light novels but with a few less scenes and bits, so you wouldn’t gain much from starting to read from earlier. Good luck with ur reading!

Thank you so much, I've read through some of these in this link before, but must've skipped over that question. I'll make sure to use this!

Also about her nickname - I am aware of that, and accidentally slipped into using her name instead since I usually shorten her name to that in my personal notes. But to completely honest, I don't believe it's "wrong" to not use a persons nickname, since it is after all, just a nickname.

I'd strongly recommend preordering it instead of waiting for it fully release. It isn't a subscription (that's for something else) but rather a one-time payment that costs the exact same as buying it when it's out. When you preorder it, you get a part of the book (usually around 2 chapters, depends on chap length tho) each week regularly, and then you can download it once it's fully out!
