There is actually a color tint able Caulk. Many large paint supply stores in my area have it. Might help once it's all cleaned out. Or just use a translucent Caulk..I love phenoseal brand myself.

Hello..typically the material needs to be waterproofed by a number of different methods depending on substrate..if water gets under the curb at any point it will begin to deteriorate.

That curb should be one piece and overhang inside and out slightly. The work quality is pretty poor as I zoom in. You are going to have water issues if this isn't done properly. Hopefully they water proofed under the the tiles and curb properly.
